Alperia Bartucci SpA starts its business in February 2018, after the 60% of Bartucci’s stocks takeover by Alperia Group. This takeover allows Alperia to continue its strategic development and diversification plan, enriching it with one of the best expertise for the design and implementation of industrial energy efficiency measures.
Spread nationwide, Alperia Bartucci SpA has offices in Soave and Milan. Today it follows over 300 clients all over Italy and a staff of more than 50 professionals with the skills and qualifications to identify the best solutions for minimising energy consumption by industrial processes.

Alperia SpA, South Tyrol based company, is an energy provider: its trade includes the providing of energy from renewable sources, the managing of an electricity grid, and the selling of district heating. The company also design and build new power plants powered by renewable resources and develop cutting-edge technology solutions for the energy industry.
Alperia manages 41 hydroelectric plants, more than 8.700 kilometres of power lines, and 6 district heating plants. Furthermore, it supplies energy and gas to more than 278.000 clients. Alperia has 1000 employees, and it has a turnover of over 1.2 billion euros.
Established in 2001, in Soave, Verona, already in 2005 Bartucci was certified as an E.S.Co. (Energy Service Company), and in 2014 it changed its legal status to become a joint-stock company.
The company is UNI11352, and ISO9001 certified, since 2012 and 2015, respectively, and view itself as partners in the development of turnkey solutions, based on Saving Sharing Energy Performance Contracts (E.P.C.), executing projects which it either directly finance or carry out through the establishment of joint ventures.
